One of the Financial Creditors, State Bank of India, had filed an insolvency petition on 21.09.2022 under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench. The said petition was admitted and the order for initiation of Insolvency Resolution Process was passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi bench, vide order (IB) -761(ND)/2022 on 09.06.2023
Further, Mr. Alok Kaushik, having IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00253/2017-2018/10767 has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (“IRP”) in the matter vide the same order no. (IB) -761(ND)/2022 on 09.06.2023 and the copy of admission order was received by the IRP on 13.06.2023.
